Love the aspect of "what you seek you to tend to find" thrown in here when it comes to completing a difficult task with a smile or with a frown.
Reminds me a lot of the Henry Ford quote “Whether you think you can, or you think you can't you're right."
Telling yourself there's no way you can complete a task vs asking yourself how you can accomplish it will lead to two vastly different outcomes. Knowing the difference and executing appropriately is a great way to start working on resiliency.
