@@fishingtacklechannelI know a couple people who do Xcaret when they want adventure and when they want relaxation they do Moon Palace the Grand. I've only been too the Grand so I can't compare but the Grand is amazing.
Hey ! I loved your window. I will be a 2026 broad and I am trying to find a family friendly all inclusive resort. Would you have any other recommendations for nice all inclusive resorts in the Cancun area ?
Finally, a perspective from a mom!!! I have a 17 and an 18-year-old that I’m going to be taking to Cancun during spring break and I needed a woman’s perspective. You included soooo much more than the average single-yolo-reviewer so THANK YOU!!! 🙏 ❤
This review was excellent! You were very thorough without dragging on unnecessary details. Thank you so much for sharing! I definitely think that this is going to be our choice this summer!
OMG I’m going there on April. I’m so excited. Thank you for all the information that makes me even more excited. Could you tell me what fun things I can do there because there’s so many I don’t know where to start.❤
We are taking our adult children (18, 19, 22) on their first all inclusive mexico trip. Deciding between Planet Hollywood, Hideway at Royalton, or Barcelo Maya Palace. I've watched your videos on Barcelo and Planet. If you had to choose between the two, which would you go with and why?
Thanks for the review (from a fellow Travel Advisor). I’m also a mom and was looking into the Star Class suites for our summer kid kick off. I feel confident offering this as a package to my clients as well. ❤
Heather, I want to thank you and your family for the awesome videos. You do an Awesome job! We absolutely LOVE Planet Hollywood. Been there twice, stayed on the adult side. Was about to book the resort again for next June 2024. But we decided to do a cruise. But I will definitely book them again, real soon. Again, you're the Best! 🙂❤❤
Hi! Love your videos!! So thank you for sharing your experiences. We are looking for a fun resort. Just wondering about the pool access to this resort. I was told that you only have access to one pool only which is in the family side. We usually stayed at the Barcelo palace. We love their property but we would like to try something new. Open to suggestions. Need lots of shades as well and good food too 😂❤❤❤
Great video. We are going next week from the UK. Seen some negative posts on social media so this has really put our minds at rest. Looking forward to it
Hi Heather! I'm in love with your videos! Would you pick up this resort (Planet Hollywood) instead of Barcellos or Iberostar for a family with kids at age 11 girl and 16 boy? I'm between Barcelos and Iberostar but after this video I'm even more confuse,
We definitely would prefer Planet Hollywood because Moon Palace doesn’t have a beach! Planet Hollywood seems to have a few more extra things to do for the kids unless you’re staying at the Moon Palace grand resort! :)
How did you like your swimout room? Did you have any cons about it? Debating if I should book one for an upcoming vacation!! Love your video thanks for sharing!!
Been to both of those and they are good choices as well! Loved the Cenote and waterpark at Sandos, food not so much. Moon Palace was amazing except the beach was one of the worst we have been to.
@@HeatherTravelsXO we’ve stayed at dreams as well it was small but the entertainment team was fun! Food was decent, the best seafood I’ve had though at any resort. Including Cabo!
They are both pretty close I will say!!! The one thing Planet Hollywood has over Moon Palace is the beach for sure!!! I love MP pools with how big and spread out they are though! PH is a lot newer and more updated room wise.
Hi Heather, I’ve watched several of your videos about all inclusive resorts in Cancun Mexico. We are flying into Cancun July 3-10. We were thinking of booking ph or moon palace. Was wondering what you would suggest and how to find the best rate possible like you mentioned at the end of this video. 🙂 Thanks in advanced.
Hi, would you avoid going to Cancun in August time due to hurricane season. We are from the UK and our school holidays start end of July till beginning of September
Great video! We are considering coming here. How was the dinner reservation situation since you didn’t do star class and have a concierge to do it? Was there good availability? Was it on an app or did you have to go to the front desk daily? Thanks!
Really enjoyed your video, I was just in search for long time for all inclusive family resort in Mexico and you completed that search, thanks Do you think mid of August is goodtime to go there with my family?
Anytime is a good time in Mexico 🤗 We travel year around here. Summers are definitely more humid and hot but still a great time! Let us know if you need any booking help.
Hi, we are just back from PH and while we loved it, we were a little disappointed with the rooms as ours was so damp (I know it’s not PH fault) our kids also had a blast. Just wondering would you recommend moon palace sunrise over this as we are not sure if we should go back to PH or try something new like moon palace or Royalton splash. Your help is much appreciated 😊
Yeah I guess certain areas can be hit or miss with the air. Our rooms were nice and cold thankfully or I definitely would have requested to move! Lol I don’t recommend MP much anymore bc the price tag is kinda high for no beach and the rooms being a tad outdated. There’s so many other great places for families. Royalton Splash is awesome for kids as well!

If you were to choose would your best familie all inclusive in Mexico would it be PH, I don’t mind going back, I’d obviously love to try somewhere new but just want it on par or better. PH was amazing and we probably should have changed rooms but we thought they would all be the same. Thanks again x

We just got two rooms side-by-side. If you want at least three beds, you’ll have to upgrade to the one or two bedroom suites which are pretty costly…for us it was better to do two separate rooms.
