- Hey all! Come spend the week with us in paradise! Here we spend a week at the Planet Hollywood Cancun resort in Cancun, Mexico. The girls are now 7 and 4, and they both had SUCH a great time that I can't wait to share this one with you! Here are our highlights from our summer family vacation.

My family and I are going to Planet hollywood cancun near the end of this year, December time is our vacation time especially travelling from Toronto Canada 🇨🇦 December here is 🥶❄️ looking forward to Planet Hollywood Cancun especially after watching how much you and your fam enjoyed 🙌
We went to Royalton splash Cancun last year it was dope probably same level as planet hollywood food and atmosphere wise. Slides were insane. Anyway dude on to the next one 🤘
Yessss! Royalton Splash was fantastic, but I think we enjoyed Planet Hollywood a bit more. Might be the kids' age or restaurants, but it's all good. Have fun!!

Quick question what alcohol and beers and spirits do they serve ?
And the burger joint do they do chicken and veggie burger ?

Mostly Dos Equis and Coors Light. They had most regular spirits available for mixed drinks at most bars. We never sprung for the higher end stuff.
No chicken or veggie burgers at Guy’s Burger Joint. Sorry! Plenty of those options at some other restaurants, though.
Amazing Video! When was the beach footage shot? I am going here in october...trying to figure out if there will be a lot of seaweed or not.
So this was mid August. I’m not sure what it looks like now or in October, but there was definitely some seaweed washing up on the shore. It didn’t stop a lot of people from going in anyway. It wasn’t bad at all, but that could change. Thank you for the kind words!! ❤️

Great video! Was there anything that you needed to pay extra for that wasn’t expected?
Nope!! Just tipping the housekeeping and waiting staff at the restaurants! The game room, trampoline park, and splatter activity all cost extra $$. Everything else was all included.
We are travelling from England with kids also, Did yous find the adult only area restricting ? Cheers
Good question! Aside from the buffet dining room, we really didn't attend the adult only section. We spent most of our time together as a family in the kids-friendly areas. Sorry I couldn't be more help with that!
My family and I have booked a big family trip to this resort in November! There will be 14 of us, that includes 5 kids (under 1 to 10 yrs old). How did you find the service, not being Star Class? I have read some recent reviews and feeling nervous about going. Your vlog appears that your family had nothing but a great time! This is reassuring to me that we made a good choice and have nothing to worry about.
Everyone was so friendly here and helpful. There were some longer waits if you go for dinner at maybe 8 or 9pm, but we went 5:30-6 every evening with almost no wait time at all. Buffet was always reliable with our very picky eaters, too. You will all have a great time. It’s great for kids, too!
@@TheMartinezFamily13 Were there any age restriction or height restriction for the kids splash park? I am travelling with a 2 year old and a 5 year old. Do they also have a kids club? where we can leave the kids?
@@ssgiggle1 I didn’t seem to notice any height restrictions at the water park. It was pretty open. There is also a kid center where you can drop off the kids. They had different activities on the hour all day and you can drop off/pick up whenever. It really was a lot of fun overall.
Do you think is a good resort if you have young children or toddlers?
Totally. Huge water park right next to a pizza place, bar, and a burger joint. If we stayed there all week, we would’ve been great.
Loved this video! What type of transportation did you guys use from airport to hotel and back?
It was all included as part of our travel package we got at Costco. Link’s in the video description!
I am definitely looking to book PH but why are the reviews online so bad, google reviews has them at a 3.9 out of 5
@@sergiogomez6 not too sure. There’s a Facebook group where people post about their experiences there. Some didn’t like the food or some wait times at restaurants.
Any recommendations for toddlers age 3? Flying is what I'm most worried about
We were worried with our youngest’s first time flying the year before when she was three. We booked an iPad up to the in-flight WiFi and got her used to using headphones. She did great!! Good luck 😊

It’s okay! There are always people who leave towels out early on in most places like this. We saw it, too. Staff will usually put stickers onto the lounge chairs with times and then check back to pull towels if they’re still unattended for maybe 30 minutes or so?
Do you need reservations for the restaurants?
We did not. We went earlier and walked right in with no wait for most of the restaurants. The steakhouse and the hibachi place backs up quickly so a reservation would help. You’d need a reservation to sit at the hibachi table with a show. Otherwise reservation free!

How was the beach?
It was nice! Some seaweed but we could still swim in the ocean no problem.

Crystal clear. It's NOTHING like how it is up here in NJ.

Yep!
Ah, okay. I just think it's very rude when people think they have the right to reserve loungers as if others haven't paid to go on holiday just as they have.
It really infuriates me!
