Just went to the Royalton splash 09/01/24, its a beautiful hotel with plenty of food options for all, price is better than most and location is good also with the airport being only 20min away. If you have kids, this is for sure one of the best family hotels because it has the best pool and Waterpark area, you can thank me later😁
@dulcezamora8221 that side of the beach gets alot of seaweed and doesn't look so great around the time I went because it's hurricane season, but I heard it's much better in peak season
@@archie_football74 not my comment but i went there january 2024 with my 3 years old son and i can tell it is the best resort i ever went. 5/5 everything is free. there is an app like uber eat you can call room service, toilet paper , clogged toilet etc. beware of the good old resort credit , you need to tell them you want to use them before they start your service (photoshoot , spa etc) and you bet they wont ask. not possible to apply after. we got ripped off 500usd and they didnt give a damn. I was really pissed that it costed me 11 000$ canadian for 7 days for 2 adult and a 3years old kid. for the rest , what a wonderful place. the reason i am watching this video is to see if there is another place with the same quality because i might go again this year. this was my 9th time going on a resort and i can tell you i've never seen anything like this.

We recently visited Royalton, Negril and this was our second trip to Jamaica. First time in 2021 we stayed here as well, booked the Penthouse in their so called Diamond Club which was awful starting from the service to food to room. We had a huge jacuzzi on the roof and it didn’t work through out our stay and management didn’t care. Fast forward 3 years… we believe in giving second chances but learnt not everyone deserves a second chance in a hard way. This time we booked presidential suite in Diamond Club and wasn’t hoping for great service and food at all but our butlers were good. Our 16 years old daughter was sexually abused by another guest at the hotel from UK (while we were having dinner with other Diamond club members, that jerk had so much audacity and took the advantage while we just turned our head to talk other guest having dinner with us)and management didn’t do anything after reporting this incident to them but instead they defended the suspect. It was a Diamond Club members only dinner arranged by the hotel. After so many requests Royalton, Negril didn’t show us the video footage instead they were asking our minor daughter if she was uncomfortable when that jerk touched her. He is a 40 year old man. After many arguments Royalton finally called the police on the property and we had to call The US embassy in Kingston. The room my daughter was sleeping in paints were falling apart from the ceiling on her bed after an overnight rain. Please note it was a Presidential Suite. I can go on so many things about Royalton but it will be wasting of my time and energy. They already damaged our lives. A hotel guest a young girl fell at one of their restaurants where me and my husband were having dinner in front of our eyes and next day we came to know from that girl’s family that management said she was drunk without doing breathalyzer test. So in one word Royalton has no code of conduct. People can do whatever anything and can get away. So please don’t waste your hard earned money on Royalton.
I wrote a long review on Jamaica Royalton few weeks back about an incident happened with our teenage daughter on the property during our stay and how ROYALTON Jamaica has no code of conduct to perform the business but unfortunately I don’t see that review anymore. All I can say that because of that incident we had to involve US Embassy and local law enforcement.
