Taking full responsibility for issues like the audio and whatnot and having no problem offering refunds is exactly how you keep your fans loyal. He seems like such a nice guy that just so happens to ALSO have a good head for business. The customer may not always be right, but that doesn't mean the business is either! Good on him for offering refunds for the stream after the hindsight explanation for the issues it had.
I think his honesty and willingness to refund will probably keep a lot of people from taking him up on the offer!

And the story about the baseball bat attack had shit all to do with not getting paid, it was simply because he did not like it when someone called him out on being a dirtbag in a book. The fact that Evel got on a plane and flew out, only with that one single intent just goes to show how petty he was.
I'm well aware that he was a hero for many kids etc. but that does not change the fact that it later came to light that he was anything but a wholesome American "hero".

That being said, he may have had some of the biggest balls on a man to ever walk this earth, but I would never want to be compared to him.
First time at the compound and it was excellent. The factory was well put together and clean and your crew were as friendly as could be. I enjoyed the highlight reels you had going on the TVs but would it be possible to have the livestream rolling? That way the spectators can be in line and not miss some of the action? Can’t wait for the next event!

Just goes to show you what kind of a GOOD PERSON Garrett is, to offer people a FULL refund just for a small audio issue says a lot! I didn’t get the PPV cause I wasn’t able to watch it but I did see the live stream on RUclips and heard the issue, and I don’t think it was all that bad. But just shows how good of a person he is👍 Love ya cleet U the man!
I was watching on YT too, it was annoying but not a huge deal. I could see a paying customer being more annoyed though, but Cleet has a pretty good base, I doubt many people will take him up on the offer.
I bought the subscription, totally worth it, and watched from lap 16 to the end and didn’t have any issues. I didn’t get to see the spectator drags yet but I haven’t had time. But yes I absolutely agree. He goes above and beyond for the fans! I wouldn’t think of asking for a refund because they had an issue with the feed. He said that they are taking over production and watching the whole crew gain experience and strive to put out a one of a kind product and get better and better!!! Take my money! I’ll be at Indy again and I’ll be back to Bristol and I’m trying to make it to The Freedom 500 next year and I’ll still pay for the whole year of PPV!

Hey cleet I just wanted to say thank you for holding these awesome events. This was the second one I attended now, first being the freedom 500, and my family, friends, and I had such a blast at both events. Looking forward to the next one! Unfortunately one of my freinds couldn’t make it, but I made sure to pick up a McFarland racing hat for him lol, and I got myself a freedom factory american flag back hat too 😅 keep up all the awesome races!

Wife and I went for our vacation. It was really awesome! We Loved the fact that you could taste and feel the track while they were running! And DAMN A TESLA! What sucked was when we went to leave after the race there was a Damn Tesla parked next to us. Congrats to Kevin for the Danger Ranger win he drove so damn good. We will probably be back to race one of rangers next year at least watch it again. The track employees are great too. Glad to see such a great race.
The way stepps towing flipped the ranger back up was pure skill 😁
Yeah it was the owner's daughter driving it. I would have been freaking out. Looks like they took it all in stride though. My wife was asking if there were any women drivers and like one minute later she flipped over and my wife rolled her eyes and said "well that didn't help the stereotype did it" and we died laughing.
The music for the in car race footage was a nice touch, good to see some new editing tricks!

That drift on the last turn against the Subaru was really freaking sweet!!
Did you watch it live? This video doesn't do it justice. They had the live feed camera aiming down the back straight and there was about 2 seconds of this AMAZING crystal clear HEAD ON shot of that EVO coming out of the apex and Cleat sliding in behind him, gahhdang smokeshow going on. I would pay good money for a framed shot of that.

It was... Perfect.. literally only a couple of seconds, a shot for the book of cleet. When you see it, you'll know.

Yes the audio was a little crazy but it was still a very awesome event to watch. I have been to some of the events in person,in person and the TV pay preview was very good to.Really have enjoyed them all u and ur team do great jobs

The whole thing was awesome! As a audio technician myself, I fully understand what goes into a live stream and its way more than ppl think. My only complaint is that it would be nice to be able to use cleeter vision app without a yearly subscription. Mirroring doesn't always work the best
