This Otis 2000H lift is now a Fail-O-Vator

Filmed in 2021. I was coming back from a friend's house at Sherborne St John's nr Basingstoke, and stopped by at Membury Westbound services on the way. I didn't stop at the Eastbound services on the way over, however I will at some point in the future and film their Kone M hydraulic lift.
You guys may recognise this lift - the death trap Otis 2000H which shook like crazy while levelling. This time, the lift was not working at all, and I don't think it's to do with Covid, but I reckon the lift failed because of awful maintenance. And I seriously wonder why they didn't put an Out of Order sign on the doors...

Shame it's not working but maybe not such a bad thing for you because that lift looked SCARY last time you were in it! Shame they don't appear to properly maintain it though!
