This recipe is amazing but I made a few modifications when making my own. In Queenii’s video, when she says 3 cups of flour, if you pay attention to the cup she uses, it looks more like a 1/2 cup to me.. so what I did was I used 2 1/2 cups of flour to be safe. 3 seemed like way too much. I’m a huge food scale/weigh by grams person but this wasn’t an option for this recipe. So what I did was spooned my flour into my measuring cups. The second thing I did was I completely avoided my kitchen aide mixer. Instead, I used my handheld mixer for part of the process (combining wet ingredients.) when the time came to combine dry to wet, I used my rubber spatula to fold all of that in to avoid over mixing. Because believe me. I’ve done that before many times. For my brown sugar I did NOT pack it in. This results in browning of your cookies!!!! Instead, I ALSO spooned my brown sugar into my measuring cup. Instead of using 1 whole cup, I used 1/2 a cup for my brown sugar. And for my white sugar, instead of using 3/4 cup. I only used 1/2 a cup. By doing all of the above, my dough came out PERFECT. No dryness. No denseness. Everything was in tact and looked how it was supposed to look. In the end I used an ice cream scooper to put my dough onto my parchment paper pan, baked for 12 minutes accordingly, and these came out wonderful 🥰
Great job on the videography and edit...one of the best cooking instructional vlogs ever! Found this while looking for a good recipe for cookies for the holidays. I’m so using the macadamia nuts...for Christmas this is perfect! Thank you. Blessings🙏🏻💖
Merry Christmas from overseas! - Love this recipy!! - Will use it for Christmas onwards! We don't have butter in sticks in Europe. For non US viewers , You may want to put a cup measure by. But easy to google of course.
i used to eat raw cookie dough all the time when i was younger & i never got sick... but my immune system is pretty weak now so maybe it finally caught up to me? lol, who knows. great tutorial queenii. ❤
Hey loves! just saw the bottom title with just a "k" I don't even know why that's there (MAYBE BECAUSE i'VE BEEN UP FOR 22 HOURS?) LOL but it's supposed to be 3/4 tsp kosher salt =) #humanerror
Loved the angle of the video, most bakers put it on themselves and I’m just like...I’m there for the food haha. GREAT recipe too!!
The lighting on the cookies in the beginning is so good it is crisp and clear and looking like I can bite the screen!
R Oki thanks love!
Made these last week and they’re delicious! Making another batch today. Measuring the nuts in a plastic bag before crushing them - great tip!
Love it

I'm not sure how you see a 1/2 cup since I uses a 1 cup but thanks for trying and watching =)
