You are kicking ass! You have such a great mind set, I am also sort of the same size and am down 20pounds so far on MJ ... this week for food, I had shakes,lean hamburger patties and the tiniest amount of potato with that, protein bars my snacks are greek yogurt, boiled eggs, almonds,cottage cheese with blueberries and Lesser Evil popcorn(obsessed) chicken of course, baked with bbq this week...hope that gives you ideas.

I know!!!! I use a scale that records all the weight changes & other functions. Its unbelievable!

How many calories are you eating?
I usually have gone from 600 to 1200. I now am at about 1100.
