How many calories are you eating?
You're down 25 lbs in 4 weeks? That's insane.
I know!!!! I use a scale that records all the weight changes & other functions. Its unbelievable!

You are kicking ass! You have such a great mind set, I am also sort of the same size and am down 20pounds so far on MJ ... this week for food, I had shakes,lean hamburger patties and the tiniest amount of potato with that, protein bars my snacks are greek yogurt, boiled eggs, almonds,cottage cheese with blueberries and Lesser Evil popcorn(obsessed) chicken of course, baked with bbq this week...hope that gives you ideas.

I saw the pamphlet and think you are supposed to be closer to the belly button? 2 inches around that area. check it out.... not sure if that changes results.
I know the diagram you are looking at !! Lol I move out on my belly more because its got more cushion in that area! Lol I did get some looseness on clothes so I know the process was still happening- just not in weight loss. I was worried at first!! Thank you for bringing that up because I heard it can make a difference sometimes!
I too have that taste feeling right after the injection, it's almost like a sudden reflux, but it happens with other medication I inject as well
@@NakasiK are you using zepbound or compound?
@@lunaluxaz I use Mounjaro. But like I said I take shots to treat my psoriasis and the taste feeling happens everytime right after injecting myself. Now that I think about it, I might have felt it less last week that I injected my thigh instead 🤔
@@NakasiK the reason I asked is because with the Zepbound there is some sodium chloride preservatives in there and I think that’s what we’re tasting. When I use the compound, I don’t have that big of a flavor taste.
@@lunaluxaz aha! That's interesting! I'm watching from Spain, we only got approved the name brand MJ about a month ago so everything is kinda new, even doctors have no idea and the public opinion isn't supportive of this type of medication. They think we taking the easy way.... so really, you have no idea how useful it is for me to see other people going thru some of the same things I'm going thru, side effects, food aversion, trying to figure out how much to eat... Etc ❤️

It's pretty normal to have that taste feeling in mouth right after! Usually on injection day and also either day before and day after electrolytes really help. I've been doing this while taking compound and electrolytes have help curb any slight headaches or low energy.

Good luck! I've been on compounded tirzepatide for 16 days now and am down 9 lbs. I was like you with 3-4 Cokes a day, my biggest vice. These shots have helped to eliminate those cravings for me which is huge!
That soda will get us lol! Im so happy to hear its helping so well!! There were times when I have seven of them in one day I couldn’t believe it even after I drank them I couldn’t believe it! Lol Congratulations on your success & keep going!!!
heading into week 6 of tirzepatide compound (my insurance doesn't cover) and it's been a great experience. I was on 2.5 for 4 weeks and been on 5mg with minimal side effects. hydration, electrolytes and protein a key to minimize side effects.

I hope it works for you! I started last Tuesday. I got the injection in the evening and didn't feel a thing. Wednesday I was ravenous with hunger, specially at night. I guess today it's better but still feeling hungry.... OK, I lie, it's not hunger, I ate, it's that constant "I need a snack" kind of thing, you know? Hope it goes away even with the starter dose... ❤
Even though you were hungry, were you able to eat the normal portions you would have before the shot? And what med are you taking?
I am on compound Tirzepatide 5mg. It’s been good so far, going on week 7 of 5mg. Had some headaches with 1st week of 5mg but I am good now. Trying to stay on 5mg until it stops working good luck 🍀

I take a Mounjaro for diabetes type two. I started in March 2023 and by March 2024 I was down 50 pounds. good luck in your journey. You are going to be so happy with this medication.

Cloth and Paper sells ring binders for the LV agenda and inserts for the binders - I get mine there every year, although this year I was lucky enough to get on on LV site before they sold out. However, you & your followers can find everything for the LV agenda and binders with tabs too!
