I have that exact notebook in my agenda, I trimmed the two sides and at the top and bottom just a bit. Been using it like that for years, and I love it!!!
Cloth and Paper sells ring binders for the LV agenda and inserts for the binders - I get mine there every year, although this year I was lucky enough to get on on LV site before they sold out. However, you & your followers can find everything for the LV agenda and binders with tabs too!
