    I am a bengali living in Mumbai. I don't wanna brag but I myself stay in a flat which costs around 15.75 crores.
    The costliest flat in your list is 17 crores which is the mean price of flats in mumbai if u consider the posh areas. I think u didn't mention the costliest ones in kolkata 😅

      FLATS IN ALIPORE, SOUTH KOLKATA COSTS ONLY 10% AS COMPARED TO THE SAME FLAT IN WORLI, SOUTH MUMBAI. BOTH CANNOT BE COMPARED AS LAND COST IN 10 TIMES HIGHER IN MUMBAI THAN IN KOLKATA.

    This seems to be a sponsored video by one of the builders in the list. Value of a property is driven by location. Not all listed properties are in upmarket areas. The neighbourhood matters a lot.
    As an investor I would not touch few of the properties myself. Especially when I can get far superior locations at Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon or even in Kolkata at Queens Park, Sunny Park, Hindustan Park, Alipore at same price. Best of luck any ways.

Unemployment is a problem everywhere not only in kolkata, even Bangalore, Hyderabad lacks quality employment its just that vacancies are more. Change the way you think.
