I like it..best is the stamp one can put on the apartment. I live in London although used to live in Kolkata in my teens. Trying to buy a house in Kolkata is like finding a needle in a haystack. The only really good places seem to be apartments. How big is the kitchen/ bathrooms? I like hot tubs in my bathrooms and loads of technology. And definitely Miele white goods in kitchen. Do they allow one to convert apartments into smart homes? What I mean like speakers built into walls/roofs etc?
They should have had a show apartment.

In hindsight, I've had a look at their website. Quite nice, but I agree it is great to have the ability to design one's own as some of their choices are....
