I also have had some Mexican chocolate in my pantry for quite awhile. I wonder if it stays good past its expiration? Keep up the good work little mama! 💕

When i make iced coffee, i like to make extra coffee, let it cool, and then put it into an ice tray to make cubes. That way, the ice that i put into the drink doesn’t dilute all the goodness that i brewed.
I love the smell of perked coffee. Probably more than that, I love the memory of waking up with it when I was a child and hearing my parents' chit chat from the kitchen. This video makes me think of getting another peculator - the last one I had that worked was a little stove top pot in the 70's. This iced coffee looks fantastic!

Ok, enjoying this video but must tell you. I'm 60. My mom has been sleeping since July 5, 1991. Cant explain how much I miss her. A sicilian who made great coffee. She worked in a factory and it took two buses for her to get too and from work each day. Long days My job as a kid was to wait for her call at 4:15 to say if the second bus was running on time and to put the coffee on for us 10 minutes after her call. She had a silver stovetop percolator also, glass knob. The sight, the whoosh as the water ran up to the coffee and the scent hit me as if I was in our kitchen once more. 2m12 years old. Sitting on the edge of the counter waiting for the color of the coffee to turn that perfect shade of brown. Thank you for your recipe but, even more, for this wonderfully painful memory.
I would love that right now but it's 1030 at night and the caffeine might interfere with my sleep. This is the main way I drink coffee, minus the alcohol. And minus the chocolate, now that I think about it.😄 I will definitely try it your way, with the chocolate. Thanks for sharing.

Looks yummy i use cinnamon and vanilla extract in my iced coffee. Ill need to get some kahlua to fully try this or just drop some hennessy in lol.

Looks delicious! I grew up drinking Cuban Coffee. For a stronger iced coffee, I make coffee ice cubes so it doesn't dilute the flavor.
