Did R2 Coach Razooky screw coach Rock over??
I'm Korean. I've been watching Coach Rock's lectures through ILBTV, and recently when I tried to find his videos again, he was gone! That's when I found out about Revenge Basketball and located Coach Rock. Damn, after hearing what I've learned so far through the internet, I got angry. I heard Coach Rock is currently in a lawsuit, and I hope he wins. I won't be watching ILBTV anymore.
What happen with that did somebody try and do coach Rock dirty?

hey coach, can you make a video on how to have a good guide hand? i've been doing your program and i am currently in phase 2 but my guide hand keeps interfering and it extends out as if im shooting the ball with my left hand, it is very annoying so if you can make a video on how to not have the guide hand interfere with the shot, ii would appreciate it.
Hey coach! I just got back playing again but I stop for almost 5 months. Maybe this could be an idea on what drills should be done after not playing basketball for a long time. Cuz to be honest I tried some of your drills but I cannot give my 100% effort because of the state of my body that rest for months. So it is much better to see some ideas that you can give to us just to warm up ourselves and go back again. Thank you coach!

hi coach, could you please make a video on how should we practice mid range pull up? i know its supposed to be the same, but we tend to drive faster in the mid range and pretend we want to go to the basket then we suddenly pull up. no matter left or right, i am fading a lot, its hard to go up straight...i know some players in the nba prefer to fade like kobe while some tend to go like 90% straight up on balance like melo or ray allen...i think fading is too advance for us but going straight up is not easy either...

Hi when i dribble and go to score, i use to do it at high speed but when i get to the rim and and make the layup i have too much speed and strength so the ball hit the backboard and i miss. Can someone help me please ?
