I pray that I get the job so I can gain experience through out my college years,so when I graduate I’ll have experience that can help me go for bigger roles in hr. It’s hard when no one wants to give you a chance with little to no experience.😢
I pray you have success with the interview & that it lands you the job offer. Just keep in mind that most times, it’s your resume that’s not standing out. You HAVE to show how you’ve used what you know to get results (aka transformation in your skills)

Well, there a well known HR pro ( has her own HR consulting/coaching biz) with 20 years of HR experience straight out of college with only her HR degree. It’s RARE, but possible😊. Active on social. Most don’t have their first degree in HR - hers was & her only.
Honestly, there are many, but times have changed bc colleges & universities are starting to offer HR degrees. 20 years ago, most (if any) did not offer them. Crazy how time changes things so much! 💜💜

My pay is good i negotiated as much as i could but seeing and hearing these great salaries makes me think, Hey i want more money.
