Nice video. Thank you for showing these soundbars can hang too low. I was looking at these soundbars (battery one as my cart is Li ion and I don't want to mess with wiring) for my 2022 2+2 onward and ecoXgear has a bracket that would the fit back roof mounting bolts without drilling. The soundbar would literally hit the head of tall people riding in the back seats. My head is 3" from roof. It is a OEM roof and cart. I'm thinking these soundbars may be better with taller roofs?
Yeah it’s in the way at times for backseat passengers. For sure. I saw that bracket they make which may allow for some more flexibility. I didn’t want it in front either. Thank you for watching !
Hi if you watch the video i have where i wire the trailer Harness, lots of it is in there. In this video i pre-wire the upright for the speaker. Thanks for watching! ruclips.net/video/HH6eH_FTfcw/видео.html
Thanks for watching! I have heard that the battery lasts for quite a while. I guess if it was not an extra cost, I think i would have gotten the battery one, as to avoid the wiring. I have never had it on longer the speaker on longer than 45 minutes at a time, so i suppose the battery would be plenty. Have a great day!
@@manuelalvarez6987 sounds like the batteries are dead? You need to be sure this speaker is powered by the entire 48 or 36v pack to a 12v reducer. Unplug the speaker and charge your batteries for now to get rolling again.
Can’t argue with ya. Definitely don’t have it up very loud when riding.. next cart I would probably do a different set up more like a car stereo. It’s good for when parked and we need tunes. That’s 90% of my usage.
Sounds like a plan. It could have more base for sure. Didn't want to drop more on a sub. Will think of that for the next one! Thanks for the recommendation.
This was the best video on mounting this unit, I've seen thank you so much. I'm putting mine on a ICON IL 40.
Glad it helped! Thanks for watching.
Been looking at getting this soundbar in the 32 inch. Does your soundbar hiss at low sounds?
i dont recall any sounds at low volume. I wonder if there is just a slightly loose connection somewhere. That sometimes can cause a buzz.
great speaker I have one on my cart, but you way over thought the installation now one of the nice features (the back light) is lost.

Thank you. I have the same cart. Been going back and forth on going with the hard wired one or external battery. Thoughts?

My speaker turns off once I hit the gas pedal
@@manuelalvarez6987 gotta be a major drain. Cart is pulled all power for the acceleration?
Drops the voltage so low it shuts down probably.
@@acautocarts24 where do I start now is not even clicking over. I changed out the solenoid

Whats the jbl ?
Hey! I have never tested a JBL speaker on a cart.
rear mount had 2 major drawbacks. blocks rear visibility. sound blasting in ears while driving

Great job.
PVC to hide the wires is a good Idea. Get some adhesive promoter and paint it satin black. That'll look really tidy.
Thanks! Has been working out well so far!
Your golf cart and installation look great but the sound bar is trash try the Bazooka you'll be amazed with the difference difference.

My golf cart came with this soundbar. I find the sound disappointing, and way too tinny. I’m going to try adding the exocgear subwoofer
