Thanks for this, man. I had to replace my rear leaf springs because there were NO bushings in them. I have this kit, and for some reason I had to hammer the inserts for the rear axle to make them fit in, mine did NOT slide in nicely.

Howdy, a Panhard bar would possible be an easier alternative to the four link if your axle sways side to side.

You can make a bracket to get your light up without drilling holes. What do you paint your panels with what type of paint are you buying them with the color? I have green body panels and they're in good shape but they need painting. I could stay with green but it's a little bit on the rough side but there's no cracks.

Hey man my boss have a 72v bad boy buggies just wanted to know how can I hook up another step down for the lights and radio that he have on it. The reason for that because he have 8 led lights and a bluetooth radio. And all that is over loading the step down keep blowing the lights fuse. Thanks for your videos

Nice video. Thank you for showing these soundbars can hang too low. I was looking at these soundbars (battery one as my cart is Li ion and I don't want to mess with wiring) for my 2022 2+2 onward and ecoXgear has a bracket that would the fit back roof mounting bolts without drilling. The soundbar would literally hit the head of tall people riding in the back seats. My head is 3" from roof. It is a OEM roof and cart. I'm thinking these soundbars may be better with taller roofs?

Got the Amazon speaker for my cart it definitely does the job for a golf cart especially if it’s battery powered. It’s definitely not the loudest/best speaker in the world but for the price I’m happy with it. I would probably go a different route if you have a gas cart or are planning to use it on a side by side. I did have to make a custom mount but I had already planned for that.

I used the Rust-Oleum Stops Rust 24 oz. Turbo Spray System Gloss White Spray Paint. I did one side in 60 seconds. It sprays wide and the coverage is great. My cart is white I sprayed the roof white what a man or transformation after I did that.

What is the size of alumium-like material thickness square size.

I have been using RejeX®, it's a thin-film polymer coating designed to provide a high-release protective finish. It was originally design for use on fighter jets canopies to eliminate yellowing and promote a clear undistorted view. There are no abrasives in it. I hand buff often on my new Club Car Golf Carts and CanAm Spyder Windshields. Golf Cart windscreens are known for yellowing and scratching, Rejex keeps the windscreens looking like new(just keep people from fingering when visiting). I have a 9 year old F4 Windshield on my 2021 CanAM Spyder, I've used Rejex on it from new and it still looks like new. The F4 replaced the stock windshield. I've used Rejex and a buffer on a a number of my friends windshields/windscreens with remarkable results.

I have a similar set-up on my Onward from the factory, NO WHERE DOES IT TELL YOU TO LUBRICATE THOSE OPEN BALL JOINTS. After a season or two and setting during winter, those open ball joints will freeze -up and make the steering really hard to turn. I suggest you get a spray can of lubricant (not wd 40), you want a real lubricant and liberally spray those open ball joints, bushings and anything else that moves in the suspension and do it regularly.

What a wisser, I just saw that, those fricken rear springs were made in china. Can't an American Company like Club Car be original and buy USA SPRINGS? They changed the front body panels on the Precedent(which a looser) and changed the name Onward and marked it up $5,000. We still have a precedent, now it's a clone by the name of Onward. Club Car owes all of us Onward owners a major rebate.
