Sort of. There is a discussion on this point on another video: ruclips.net/video/PNquyKzXBlI/видео.html They inflicted two wounds on half of the subjects and treated one wound with red light. The untreated wound healed faster than the control group (yay! other areas benefit). But: the treated wound healed faster than the untreated wound, so the general effects aren't as powerful. Whether this effect generalizes beyond wound healing, I do not know.

I almost bought the neuronic 1070 to help treat my neurological condition. Their website makes it seem like the light waves penetrate the brain. They make you take a qEG to see which parts of your brain are under/over active. They then program the helmet device to not target the overactive parts. However I felt this is all a bit of a fugazzi when I discovered the light doesn’t even penetrate the skull. So essentially whatever it’s doing is in the skin of your scalp. They should make this 200% clear as when I discovered this info, it really put me off. I didn’t purchase in the end.

Are the Biomax panels the only panels that offer any wavelength in the 1000nm range (1060nm)? I don't see any others in your pivot table in your links. Which panels offer the best wavelengths in the ranges that allegedly effect brain health the most? Also, I think it would be great to have someone on who is an expert at DIY red-light panels or beds. There must be some people out there who have come up with some amazing rigs by now with off-the-shelf lighting and some kind of carpentry skills that would be much cheaper than a $25-$120000 dollar red-light bed.
