My 20 yr old nephew has just gone on ‘judges remand’ after being found guilty of section 20 and affray, he’s currently in Bullingdon awaiting his sentencing in Feb 23. Have you ever been there? I’m also told as his sentencing will take place in Aylesbury he will be going to wood hill as he’s a Cat A.

Ever worry about some former target you taxed getting their own back? Do you have security around your property, like a camera showing you what's outside your house. Might seem unnecessary but it's relatively cheap and keeps you from getting caught off guard, at least in your immediate surroundings?

I know you'll keep looking for work but if you have any downtime - maybe carry on with the book you were writing? Not just your life story but maybe also some tips on fitness and fighting? Am sure there will be interest.

I'm sorry to hear this. Confidence is a big factor. Its the way you carry yourself too. I would recommend learning a martial art, something that makes you feel like you can take on anything. Bullies are good at picking the people that don't push back. It often starts with small things, then once they see that they can get away with it, it gets worse. I feel for your daughter,
She used to do karate but stopped as she wasn't larning skills just played games.. had to get the police involved in an incident that happened last week due to a younger girl who claimed my daughter was bullying her when my daughter only asked her to stop bullying another child with that this girl went to her nan who then shouted at my daughter and wouldn't let her past and threatened to follow her home and in her words set me and her step dad on her its a wrong world we live in and we now have a meeting at the school after half term with teachers who don't seem to give a rats ass about bullying at all daughter is now scared to go to school as she has to walk past the house
