hi faren 🤗 your braidout lasted so long. the volume and definition looked good on day 3 before you refreshed it. that baomint leave-in is the goat. i completely understand about not wanting to take your braids down ... but the definition tho - yes! tfs
Farennnnn when you said “omg my hair is finally growing, I know it’s time for a trim” . I felt that in the pits of my soul. Every time I start seeing noticeable length ( every 6-8 months) . It’s always time for a trim. Then every time my stylist see me she compliments how my hair is growing so well. Whole time I’m in the chair looking ugly because she’s cutting the length I wanted to hold onto 😂. I know it’s for the betterment of my hair. But dang sometimes it has me thinking, are we really required to get trims because there is a sub group in the natural hair community that doesn’t trim their hair and most of their hair is waist length 🤷🏽♀️
Hey, I know what you mean. Bc of wanting to keep length, I get a dusting, small trim every 4 months and it's the healthiest and longest my hair has ever been. If your ends are thinning and splitting at the ends, it's important to get rid of them so that they don't eat up your healthy length
hahahaha....since I love to wear my hair straight, I'll take a fuller, better looking shorter length, over booty length struggle ends. To each their own lol. But i'm glad i'm not the only one that feels this way 🤭
Love your results ❤
Thank you! 💛
