Thanks for sharing
BMS swap would help
I'll take it. 7ah don't get me far.
as from the cells it will take those 1280 when charge.. and without the bms it will do 1280wh so they might be true values of the cells .. just saying
Doesnt matter, their competitors have cheaper batteries that give that actual watt-hours output
Mine had copper shavings and used cells hiding inside!!!
I dont doubt it
If it has low capacity it could be that the batteries have been cycled a couple of thousand times.
Yeah this brand has been known to reuse cells
I didn't know that you used to work at Apple CO. and you are the next Nikola Tesla lady or girl and you take things wayyyy to far and this one of best video i ever seen-DLH
Thanks, and yeah I did rapid prototyping at Apple

Well all I can say is you killed that battery on the first charge. The BMS did it's best to protect the battery. 3.65 it the max 3.66 and above on lifepo4 causes serious damage to the cells most bms balance at a rate of .05 to 2 amps per cell you slammed that poor battery with 100amps so when cell 4 hit max first it couldn't get rid of the over charge fast enough and when it did it go pulsed with a 100amps each time. Before you charged it it was showing out of balance. I wonder how puffed up those cells are inside that battery box. I've seen many of those batteries vent it's not wise to push damaged cells.
Wasnt me that killed it, would be the BMS. And no I didnt "slam it with 100 amps" it was more like five amps by the time it reached full voltage. This is a manufacturer issue because they have the cutoff voltage set to 3.7v or so instead of 3.6v. The BMS is designed to cut-out at the over voltage and I charged it as designed. This is a manufacturer error
I'm sorry, I know it really helps you to get all these free products, but I am getting tired of sponsored product reviews now.
I am too, but I can use the batteries. Its not like I enjoy making videos anyway. Might as well keep doing this for a bit longer and see what else I can get away with for free
@@RinoaL It makes me very sad to hear that you don't enjoy it. I've enjoyed the "crazy little projects" forever.
Yeah I often times dont enjoy it but I do it to keep me busy, and other times it feels like my only income
“to keep me busy” sorry for the typo, spelled jibberish before
@@RinoaL Well, I just want you to know you are valued. ❤
