  • Use these movements to increase mobility and body coordination for Jiu Jitsu. I recommend doing each exercise for at least a minute each and eventually start putting them together to create a nice flow.
    1. Knee Slice

      @@nikalessI can’t afford to pay for classes otherwise I would’ve started my jiujitsu/mma journey SO long ago. I wanna step in the octagon but I can’t even afford to train😭😢😢

    thanks i always wanted to know what that 1st one was. knee slice, cause i seent rickson gracie doing it and im like wth!! haha gorilla pass could also come in handy to wrestlers.

    I'm 5'8 and weight 145lbs. Tomorrow is my first ever lesson, you think my weight is going to make it harder for me? I go to the gym, but It takes me a lot to gain muscle. I been playing soccer my whole life. What's your opinion about skinny guys

      do them you idiot you will see the difference, I play soccer and many drills at times seem stupid but once you start playing in game u see the difference, u clearly haven’t practiced any sport and just go yolo on the gym without knowing the benefits, idiot.

      it's a Drill, works the tri-ceps helps with stability on the ground. it's a good drill
