I want rhinoplasty
I'm Asian. And I'm glad he is here in the United States because I don't want to go overseas to get mine done. It makes me nervous not being able to speak the language over there and relying on an interpreter wondering if they are interpreting correctly and being in an unfamiliar and foreign place.

I just seen a plastic surgeon for the first time. I had two failed septoplasty. I was referred to a plastic surgeon who discussed Harvesting Rib cartilage to make my septum stronger. Oh man, let's see what happens.

So goretex is a thing of the past now that they pulled something from his rib cage.
i don't know if you have been up to date with these things, but there are problems with goretex which is why autologous (your own bone and cartilage) is used
There are problems with rib grafts also. Lots of problems.

Ardiansyah Azhary Scare, hole and depression in your chest. Chronic hard, painful, and irritated nose, breathing problems, abnormal nose appearance. The grafts are implants sewn into your nose that are made from hard pieces of your rib cage and have been causing patients problems for years and years. Harvesting the cartilage is almost no different than getting stabbed in your chest. I have had plenty of surgery and nothing was even close to how painful and how bad rib grafting rhinoplasty was. Lots of testimonials from the past have been scrubbed off the internet. Don’t believe what surgeons tell you about them, they just want your money.
@@jiayouazhary You can see on the video title, this is "Asian" rhinoplasty. The doctor in the video is Asian and doesn't even have this surgery on his face. I wonder why? I am not Asian at all. Zero percent Asian, and I have a surgery on my face that is more extensive than what the guy in this video is having done to his face. I cannot speak for an Asian guy, but for me, this surgery is an assault and the results are just abysmal. The grafts inside my nose are just torturous and I cannot wait to have them removed. I am having stem cell treatments on my chest also to correct the chest injury. This type of surgery seems far more common in Asian culture and being performed by Asian doctors. An Asian doctor did my surgery and I was very misinformed and lied to about the surgery by my doctor. In my culture, absolutely nobody has this type of surgery. I cannot recommend this surgery at all, and can only recommend to strongly avoid this surgery.

He's lucky that appearance-wise his before nose wasn't that bad. Some people really need cosmetic nose jobs. His results were a nice improvement, though.

Do you perform genioplasty or chin implant for the chin ?

For chin augmentation, since the chin implant sits directly on top of the mandible and is covered by such thick soft tissue and muscle, it can safely remain there in a permanent fashion. For this reason I do perform chin implants for chin augmentation.

Dr Yoo Does the rib cartilage eventually integrate with the nasal bone and become as a whole? Or is it like the silicone it's still two parts in the nose?

That's an excellent question. The rib cartilage will in fact integrate with the existing nasal cartilage and become unified with it. This is one of the many distinct advantages of using your own cartilage versus using foreign materials.

lol probably. it sucks. Same situation.. why i'm here watching videos. I had two failed surgeries, and was referred to a plastic surgeon who discussed everything this doctor discussed. However, i want only medical. Don't want to change the appearance of my nose at all.
