I agree. Even most Caucasians don’t have noses that are that upturned and pointy. Frankly a little bit less upturned and a bit more rounded/softer tip would look so much better and more natural.
I do think the results of the surgeries look very high quality, but for my own taste I think the strength of changes, and also the types of changes, detracts a bit from some of their natural beauty traits. I think this may be attributable to the fact that it looks they had western noses put on eastern faces, so there is now, to me, a dissonance to their looks as a result of the changes. To each their own, but I don't find the results look totally organic on their particular faces. However, if this is what you're looking for, it's a beautiful result.
I wish more Asian women were proud of their natural noses and hair 🙃 They certainly were beautiful before the surgery, but sometimes it takes years for one to realize this, since we’ve been programmed to think otherwise from a very young age.
I thought like you a few years ago. A lot of Black woman will get nose jobs, hair relaxers and resort to skin bleaching to look beautiful. It's not fair that they feel ugly, but society has a standard of beauty they say they like natural faces and "all bodies are good bodies" but they lie. Pretty privilege is real and if you don't conform you will get left behind. The patient is already darker skinned colorism played a role in sure. Ppl probably made fun of her features growing up and she internalized it which led her to getting her nose done. Unfortunately capitalism is gonna capitalize and if doctors can make money off people's insecurities they will. I know I would, plus it's not all bad people's depression and body image issues go away after their procedures.

The noses done by this doctor all look too upturned, pointy, and unnatural. Most Caucasians don’t even have noses that are that upturned or pointy. Having upturned noses on Asian faces look very unnatural. These noses draw all the attention, so you’re looking at the nose and not the rest of the face. A nose that fits the face would not stand out, so that you can focus on looking at the rest of the facial features.

That’s the standard of beauty in the United States (though it is slowly changing). It’s not just Asian women who feel the need to conform to this standard. For instance, black women have spoken out about the Eurocentric standards and how black women with straighter hair and lighter skin and viewed as more beautiful. It’s not even limited to the U.S. (for example, in India, skin lightening creams are popular.)
At first I was thinking "NO!!! Please don't. That girl is beautiful. She doesn't need a thing." But then the final result made me say, "Oh crap, she doesn't look bad at all."
Dr did a great job. In Korea, we don't prefer a nose like that but to each their own preference and culture. I do think asians in the western countries prefer more accentuated looks (bigger eyes, pointer and high nose, high chic bones).

I sort of agree. Her old nose looks better suited to her face. That said, her nose job definitely elevated her social status, at least looks-wise. The one thing I will say is any doctor who can do Asi@n noses well can work on African American noses. This is a very talented doctor because many Bl@cks have very bad outcomes which is why we don't want to get it done when its desired or needed. It's been only 7 months so it will take time they are still going through the healing process. My sister had her nose done over 30 years ago, she looked different at first but now she looks like herself and it looks Natural.

I would love to see African American patients (I have thick skin and contemplating a 2nd revision because my skin doesn't redrape well because it's so thick..despite debulcking the fat 2x..it looks beautiful for 2 months or so and just loses its shape as I heel thus losing alot of definition..its surreal). Can you help or suggest if another revision is even a good idea at this point. I ask because I know with each surgery blood circulation and healing etc is something to be factored in. Consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist experienced with your anatomy and skin type would give you a more accurate idea of what is realistic in terms of improvement.

I like to craft the nose to each patient's personal preference, and facial features. Some patients prefer subtle, and some prefer more dramatic.

Not all, of course, but most mid to dark-skinned women really look much better with chocolate brown to black hair. You do you, of course, but if your goal is to look classier, I dare say blonde is not the way to go.

I wish i lived in America or had tons of money so you could build me a nose bridge too! Fantastic results on two already stunning ladies. I was always teased as a kid for having a flat face and even now I feel like "my makeup looks great....if only i had a nice nose" ☹️ I'll be 35 soon so feel like I've left it too late now.

off topic, but is there anyway I could get the bottom of my nose wider idk if this make sense because most ppl ask for little or skinny noses but mines like long and skinny and I just don't think it fits me , I'm Puerto Rican but my grandma is half white so i got her nose that she got from her side but no one else in my family got it they all have wider noses. anyways is their a thing for that or something? i might sound dumb lol but please reply i cant find video or anything that talks abt that kind of surgery. pleaseeeee reply.
