Add a switch in-line to the spark plugs so that you can make your cars more economic. And I mean you need a big switch, since those small switches might just arc over and zap you instead. Also, that way you'll see how many cylinders you need to have active to still run. With pairs (1 and 3) or two of the sequential (1 and 2), which works better?

But usually only enough to keep itself running. It's already a thing. Some will leave the valve open for longer to reduce compression etc etc blah blah blah.

Welded differentials could be more treacherous though, because if the tyres are high traction the car will whip around to try to equalise the axle speeds, and if the tyres are low traction, the inside tyre will skid and probably so will the outside tyre.

Attach a long tow strap or chain to the front axle underneath. Drive at a high rate of speed & see if it pulls the front of the car under itself when out of slack. You'd have to do it remotely though to be safe.
Try to turn the Corsa into an extreme off-roader by changing over the suspension to a set from something with a higher ride profile like an SUV or crossover - could be fun to see a tiny car riding high like a Jeep :)

It'd need to be inline with the injectors too, and would need to force-shut the valves.
Probably better to cut fuel injector instead. Cutting spark will only lead to backfire and worse fuel economy.
