I had a previously owned phone number. I consistently received calls about my power being shut off for non-payment. No matter how many times I called the power company to request they remove my number, they didn't. I finally started telling them that i would never pay them and to go ahead and disconnect the power. Lol.
first story.... Jake is why the US needs what Austrelia is getting..... that "disconnect" law.... where companies CANT force employees to stay past their work hours, or punish them for not staying
5:36 Story. Great to know the OP came out on top, but I am curious at to which quickly the HOA could get a painter on site that quickly. I'd love to work those painters, since, in my area it take weeks, of not months, to get painters secured!
15:39 this story I would convince the team to walk after no OT for in office or work from home after the end of year review, all show up at HR with a resignation letter effective at the end of the day.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t agree with the HOA but I am curious how a condo owner would not be part of an HOA. HOAs are in charge of up keeping the building and landscaping. Then again, I don’t know if it’s different where OP lives. I live in America. I own a condo and every condo in my town has an association for maintenance purposes.
Could've been an option to join when it first started and the original owners didn't join. Then when the sale happens the unit can't be forced to be a part with the new owner
OT story ponders where that happened even if you are salary its against the law in the US to make someone work so many hours that thier salary amounts to less than federal minim wage

I would sue Karen and her group individually.

No way a condo could be not a HOA member, unless it is a totally separate unit and predates the rest of the complex.
Or it was originally an opt in kind of HOA and then that unit is grandfathered and can't be made a member by force.
Oh trust me they exist under the name of Condo associations

Depending on where OP is, here in the US I don't think it is legal to give his managers number to creditors.
First Story: Epic high-level Pro Revenge, might be enough to enter Nucelar Revenge
