Solar Panels on your property... then yours as NO possession was granted. HOA forfeit ..... Signs on property. NO TRESSPASSERS.Camars on your property.
There's just no way. The building permits alone would have triggered a notice to the property owner and anybody with the IQ of a hamster could have stopped it in one phone call to the state AG.
Should've that assumes everyone playing by the rules and the installers not just taking the HOAs word for it and figuring it would be the HOA's issue about the permits
I suspect the HOA solar panel story is wildly exaggerated or fictipn. If that had really happened, it would have been featured on a legal podcast somewhere.
"We want our small children to walk Dalmatians German Shepherds and Huskies" That made me laugh because those are among the three most difficult dogs to walk.
Solar panels of that mass REQUIRES SEVERAL PERMITS ESPECIALLY WHERE PLACEMENT AND TITLES ARE. electric companies take MONTHS and lots of legal work to put up an acre of panels. THE CONTRACT IS THE ELECTRIC COMPANY AND HOMEOWNER NOT AN HOA. they require a board meating with a court of law to proceed with electric company present and a LAND MAP OF EXACT LOCATION FOR PANEL PLACEMENT.
The way my jaw dropped when Karen said what she said to the deaf girl in coffee line💀😭 I hate that there are actually people like that in this world, it’s genuinely unbelievable
I would have let them keep the solar panels. But it would cost them rent each month. At least what my mortgage is plus maybe an extra thousand to sooth my eye strain from looking at the industrial equipment on my land.
I had a similar landlord problem as the 1st story had. I lived in a shared house though. Basically, I took all the fuses out of the electronics in the shared parts of the house, tv, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dryer and even the oven. Threw them all in the houses' wheelie bin (because I'm no thief). I told the guy the day after the binmen came 😂 f**k you buddy
I would have asked if the construction workers ever saw documents that prove they could build there, not just some HOA 'it's ok' letter. If they have the right locally required permits let them build on, just say there will be a small change so you could charge HOA for use of generated power If it's not for the power it's for use of the land... HOA's should learn they're not all-powerful, especially when it's someone that never joined and can't agree nor object to a policy/project. And sorry HOA, state/federal law still applies they don't magically disappear *waves fingers for effect
Not only were you not wronged over soap; your wife's father went out of his way to make you welcome in his home, but the subsequent passive-aggressive action afterward was childish, juvenile, petulant, and ridiculous; turn in your man card, Nancy.
Honestly, the punctuation in these stories is terrible, and some of the stories are lame and not worth publishing. I don't mind the first voice, but the second voice is the worst. Why change voices in the middle of the video? There are other channels that do it so much better, maybe you should try another subject.

@@Meredith34567 huskies weight upward of 200 pounds. NOBODY UNDER 21 IS CAPABLE OF WALKING IT EVEN IF DOG IS TRAINED TO LEASH.
The Andrew thing is an example of why the 2nd Amendment is important!!
Amen to that 🙏🏻

A Royal Green Jackets Rifleman away revenge, Swift and Bold
The story about darling Lucy trying to sue OP for her razing her son to be a thug is incomplete
Please tell us what transpired

HOA story if they want the panels so badly then put them on their property
Probably don't have the space on their property!! lol
The one with Lucy doesn't appear to have an ending. What happened? did you go to court, was she laughed out of it because she's stupid?

Who is that last reader? Ugh!
I would take legal possessions of the solar panels and take money paid out for power inkake of power produced
OK, is this now being read by an AI, because the cadence sounds like a machine is reading a text document.
The caption is off..."he rides childs"?
All these storys are the same its always a hoa building a pool solar or office on some guys land he inherited from his grandparents 😂
But not putting it (the pool, clubhouse, etc.), on their own property…, and putting it on someone else’s because they have the “right.”
@@organrick fr how are all of them the same lol
Solar panel are never green.
Whose the horrible narrator in the second part of the video

I mean meh, the revenge doesn’t even affect the father lol
It's just funny!!!
