No one needed to watch a new video. The original body cam footage was way way. Way way way more information about what a douche bag Tyreek Hill really was.
@@MoneyPotBettingBecause they didn’t show it in the original footage. So this adds more information to people who jump to conclusions without full information.
For people who do not know, read Supreme Court case law Maryland v. Wilson. In the case of Maryland V. Wilson, ruled on by the US Supreme Court in February of 1997 the high court agreed that not only could an officer order the driver out of a lawfully stopped vehicle, but that the same right [ordering someone out of the vehicle] extends to passengers as well. Officers are backed by supreme court case law, which has been tested and tried.
If he just had knee surgery how the hell was he playing professional football just hours later?????? Hill was the last car to go by the cops before they responded and then the cops had to blow past several cars that Hill past at high speed to catch him.
The Florida Supreme Court recently affirmed what, until recently, had been long standing law: an officer may order a driver out of the vehicle for officer safety during a routine traffic stop without an individualized suspicion of criminal activity.[1] In 1977 the United States Supreme Court decided Pennsylvania v. Mimm, which recognized how dangerous traffic stops were and found it objectively reasonable, and therefore, compliant with the Fourth Amendment, to order a driver out of the vehicle during a routine traffic stop.
Tyreek attitude doesn’t help the black image. When you give attitude you will get attitude back. You are hold to a higher standard than your kids but what happens when your kids have an attitude? Almost 100% of the parents will give them the attitude back. Respect and you will most likely get respect back.
I do agree with you hear but I think for the most part cop do be on a power trip I think more tines than they don't. Black America has never had a healthy relationship with authorities. So alot of times compliance and respect is typically not answered back in kind
@@MoneyPotBetting you are correct. There are good and bad in any line of work. No matter what job we are in, we are all human. So to start off the way Tyreek does, that wouldn’t help and it doesn’t matter if you are black or not.
@@MoneyPotBetting If you respect them and the cops did what they did, then you did your part and they are the one that got exposed. If we want to show a certain person is bad, you don’t go and be bad yourself. Tyreek exposed himself and the black.
How hard is it to respect cops or other people instead of thinking that you are on top of the world and it’s yours so you don’t have to respect anybody?
I smell BS. Hill wanted to create issues. They were well within state Supreme Court case law, as well as training, when it comes to these situations. Hill displayed nothing but a self entitled behavior. And this guy wants to throw responsibility on the police?? Nah bro, you wrong in that one. Hill rolled up his windows, which are pitch black in broad daylight and officers can’t see in the car. It’s Florida, people have guns in their cars, which creates a safety issue not only for Hill, but for the officers. 14 seconds is more than enough time Hill needed to comply.
absolutely cops was in the wrong to, Hill never showed he was threat so the one was cop was too agressive. And that is when we have a problem there was no reason to put him down on the ground like that.
@@MoneyPotBetting Stop and take a step back. It’s Florida. People have a right to have guns in their cars, correct?? Officers cannot see in them. Couple that with his behavior, yes as officers are trained, they asked him to step out for their and Hill’s safety. That’s according to Supreme Court case law.
