Jinkx as Judy Garland forgiving Dave was probably one of the most genius moments on Drag Race I've ever seen. Absolutely brilliant character study and performance; she's a LEGEND.
I just knew when I saw Jinkx as Judy, that at some point she'd mention Dave and I was absolutley spot on, it was amazing and made me laugh at such bad timing for me I was drinking some pop at the time but it still to this day is one of the best scenes ever, including the Nights the Lights Went Out In Georgia lipsync.
I was enjoying Jinkx and her lovely personality so much I didn't realize it's an hour long until I read that comment at the end of the video 😂 so worth it
I read once somewhere that when they were filming snatch game they had to keep the camera tight on Jinkx when she was doing her bits because she was so funny the other queens could NOT keep it together and kept breaking character. I wish that Ru would release the uncut footage of everything they shot that day because you know it would be hilarious

I loved Jinx before even I knew she was on drag race because of her music and also steven universe, but I always hated how uncomfortable her first season felt with people being so mean and bitchy to each other, and this season was just a breath of fresh air with people who seem to actually like each other competing and having fun
It was edited that way and you know what? I was here for it. I'm not mad at some backstage shenanigans and drama with first time contestants, but these are all winners, so I think it would've been off putting to see them acting thirsty, petty, jelly and schemey. The camaraderie was refreshing, it was almost like watching a sleep-away camp reality series for Drag Queens, talent shows, competitions, dozens and all. SO CUTE!!!

As soon as the cast was announced I knew she would win. Arguably one of the most talented queens to ever compete on the show. People who think she didn't deserve to win because of that final lipsync need to rewatch the damn season and realize that 100% did deserve it.

I remembered that RoLaskaTox wanted Jinx to be eliminated and the she won and now, the competition is healthier and still won. She is really THE QUEEN OF THEM ALL.
I love this so much. They bullied her so badly, I might not have kept going through that and I was so thrilled that her talent was so strong she won season 5 even tho her fashion hadnt developed yet. Watching her have it all is amazing

the biggest prize wasnt the win, the biggest prize was this time to be there and have fun with the other girls, no real toxic fights, no terror, no shouting, no tears of desperation, something especially jinkx and yvie so much deserved to experience, and to be honest the audience too. in this strange times we have, it was a pleasure to see this 8 queens competing but having a blast of fun together, bonding and sending so much love for each other and this art, they all so passionately committed too, out to us. thanks to all of them!
All my sentiments to a letter. During Season 5 I think I shed 2 tears for every tear Jinx shed. Such hateful queens. But these ladies are such a breath of fresh air. I have watched this show numerous of times primarily for the good feelings emanating from all the queens and their individual talent. (I would love to see Jinx on a prime time sitcom one day.)
Honestly! I know it's not in true drag race form but I would love to see more seasons like this, it felt great watching this season knowing that there wasn't gonna be any toxicity or drama between the girls (and when there was drama, it was always done in a playful manner). This was such a wonderful breath of freshness that we've never seen on the show before!

Jinkx's college speech has a really strong message that's easy to overlook because you're laughing. Sometimes we completely ignore how trauma affects us, similar to Jinkx overlooking her accident. Then, out of the blue something can be triggered that we don't anticipate. It's all about self care and learning to recognize our traumas that we've faced and it's a powerful message that hampered by the fact that she is so damn hilarious

The fact that Jinkx went there, did it, waited 10 years, went there again and DID IT AGAIN? Srsly one of those undoubtable winners. I didn't get to watch The season, but I made sure to track The the progress. When i saw that little ,,winner: Jinkx Monsoon" pop up, I literaly cried. I love drag thanks to discovering RPDR at about age 13 and Jinkx was my fav winner. And 5 years later, she fucking did it again.

She is truly an old soul reincarnated, and her amount of knowledge of the legends from the past is mind blowing to me.. watching this 2023 she's 35.. I'm just blown away. Watching Jinkx as Judy again just reaffirms my first impression. No one will ever beat that. She was funny. She was crass. Most importantly, she owned that whole segment, stopping the flow to put herself center stage, singing songs, just...masterful.

Watching Jinkx Monsoon as Judy Garland cracking EVERYBODY up during Snatch Game with so fucking funny! That is I think the hardest I've ever seen Michelle Visage laugh on any episode ever! And Ru actually had tears in her eyes from laughing also. Just an iconic moment on Drag Race!

I saw her a couple of nights ago at the Edinburgh Fringe and it was truly one of the best hours of my life. I was in the second row so we made a lot of eye contact and I can now die happy. Until then, I am obligated binge watch all jinkx footage there is to watch

I love that this video is basically a rerun of the entire season, because Jinkx was just a ball of talent the ENTIRE time.

Jinkx is probably my number one favorite Queen for how she's unapologetically herself and makes everyone around her smile or laugh.

The fact that Jinkx went there, did it, waited 10 years, went there again and DID IT AGAIN? Srsly one of those undoubtable winners. I didn't get to watch The season, but I made sure to track The the progress. When i saw that little ,,winner: Jinkx Monsoon" pop up, I literaly cried. I love drag thanks to discovering RPDR at about age 13 and Jinkx was my fav winner. And 5 years later, she fucking did it again.

I seriously can not believe Jinkx was born in 1987! She is truly an old soul reincarnated, and her amount of knowledge of the legends from the past is mind blowing to me.. watching this 2023 she's 35.. I'm just blown away. My gay uncle in Brooklyn would be in his late 50's now if he was still alive, and she's as knowledgable about the Hollywood greats as his theater + cinema loving gay guy friends are..... it makes me wonder who she was in a past life. So much talent!!!

Also, hardly anyone in her age group is educated on the classic drag references..from all the reincarnation documented cases I've seen, many of the reincarnated souls do feel a strong connection to the person they reincarnated from.. like a guiding compass.. if we are drawn to certain time periods, certain countries, certain souls, usually there's a much deeper reason than just fascination.. I think she has so much wisdom and is a such a brilliant, incredibly talented and vivacious old soul, all of these things but they stand alone in her embodiment of them. Jinkx's light up runway look was one of the most brilliant ideas ever and it looked amazing. Those little flames on her shoulders just made the whole thing feel 3 dimensional. It was incredible

SRSLY THE DAVE SKIT ISTG. Jinkx remembered to reference ALL of season 5 shenanigans. It was like candy for old fans and still let the newer ones who may not have watched past seadons have a laugh. I fricking love Jinkx.

Heck noone here really heard of drag until 2020, thanks to a super cool drag queen that popped off on TikTok. So I rlly feel the struggle of full seasons. I remember downloading a VPN at age 14 to get to watch some seasons that were not available here 💀

Watching Jinkx as Judy again just reaffirms my first impression. No one will ever beat that. She was funny. She was crass. Most importantly, she owned that whole segment, stopping the flow to put herself center stage, singing songs, just...masterful.

There really IS something about Jinkx that is unique to her and her only. The other queens have attitude or fashion or comedy but somehow Jinkx brings them all together.

I saw her a couple of nights ago at the Edinburgh Fringe and it was truly one of the best hours of my life. I was in the second row so we made a lot of eye contact and I can now die happy. Until then, I am obligated binge watch all jinkx footage there is to watch

Jinkxxie is so amazingly talented and no one, repeat, NO ONE can stand up against her in the same room she is that talented and lovable. The moment the cast was announced and Jinkx was on it I already knew she would win. I don’t know how to explain but I just did and the payoff was well worth it!
I think since All Winners was a thing people wanted, Jikx was on the top to win it, cause she's truly a well rounded queen, she said it herself, sewing is her only weakness
