It is just crazy how All Stars season 7 really catapulted Jinkx into main stream entertainment apart from RPDR. She is genuinely an awesome performer and deserves all the success in the world.

If you havent already, you should watch jinkx portray Judy in Snatch Game, truly one of the best and funniest performances in the whole show.
I love Seth for the way he approached Jinkx, other talk show host feel uncomfortable and don't know how to act with such an energy, but Seth matched Jinkx perfectly.

It's very surreal to see Jinkx's dreams come true. She's getting the recognition she deserves on a whole different level. I want to see her on Broadway so bad but my health isn't the treaties that right now. I'm hoping I can go before she is gone. Chicago is one of my favorites as well. I'm sure opening night was electric. Celebrity wise she falls in the top 5. Mind you the others were there for years and years and years. I'm just so thrilled for her.

And I am wondering wtf he is talking about, because queer people have always been all over musical theatre and the predecessor of drag queens were the stage actors in shakespear's times playing all the female roles. Seth is such a great interviewer! I love jinkx and Seth clearly did his research to talk to her.
That really was my immediate takeaway, as well. Like for starters acknowledging that he wasn't TOO familiar with the Drag Race franchise, and absolutely graciously rolling with the punches on the straight-people jokes, but also being obviously prepared and engaged and professional while having a laugh.
I don't watch much of his show, but he totally met Monsoon where she is at, and that made this a REALLY enjoyable conversation to watch.

This is such a great interview! They have perfect chemistry. Jinkx is so naturally funny and Seth is always up for all of her jokes, he lets her shine while also being a captivating performer. Just perfect :')

I never understood the logic behind that “grooming” argument, I mean…. If anyone is going to be accused of gay grooming the straights would be first in like because they are the ones who since the beginning of time keep having us.

She's my favorite queen. And I mean FAVORITE. She was the underdog on her original season, which was one of the first two seasons I saw. She was my favorite then and I was hoping she would win the entire time. I was so happy when she won, and now it's in my top 3 favorite seasons.

@@michaelinthebathroom7560 that lip sync was fucking legendary! One of my favorite rupaul lip syncs ever, possibly my favorite. By that point we had never seen her lip sync, and I was quite worried tbh I had no idea she was gonna win and the second last episode often seems to be when the funny iconic ones get eliminated, and Detox is pretty fierce, so watching her whip out that kick ass performance and absolutely obliterate Detox, shattering Roladox in the process, was just fucking legendary.

Jinkx has been my absolute favorite winner since her original run. She's so talented, charming and humble and I'm thrilled she's living her Broadway dream. And SO GLAD Seth interviewed her, he's the absolute best in the business.
Every time I see Jinkx perform, and watch her star rise higher and higher, it reminds me what a master Rupaul is at showcasing excellence in the art of drag, and helping bring other queens into the spotlight. Jinkx was so one-of-a-kind and such a unique talent on her first Drag Race season, but she received quite a bit of disdain and bullying from other competitors. Rupaul chose her as the winner anyway, and look at her now! Queen of all Queens. ✨💖

I saw her perform about a month after she won the first time on RPDR and she was as good live as you would think she’d be. And she took photos with fans afterward and never even showed a trace of being tired or wanting to hurry up the process.
Right? I feel like a proud parent . And that's why she's magical...we all think she's ours.

Ahh, Jinkx/Jerick. I have fond memories of their Seattle days and them as Angel in the 5th Ave production of RENT. I attended Cornish and got to know them well. I couldn't be happier for their success.
