    Thank you for sharing. The 6600 is the final breakthrough in the Marklin analog system. Highly desirable units.

      @@The3rdRail Non, bien sûr. C'est pourquoi je garde précieusement ce 6600 sans pouvoir l'utiliser. Son seul défaut est d'être apparu un an avant le digital de Märklin (1983 et 1984) et d'être incompatible avec tout le matériel delta, digital et même les inverseurs électroniques.

    But do they have the same track sections in "K" track?

    • @The3rdRail
      @The3rdRail  Год назад

      sure. They are called switching track or "Schaltgleis" in German.

    I wonder if it only worked well with the electronic reverse circuit but not the old relays

    • @The3rdRail
      @The3rdRail  3 года назад +1

      It works very well with both. The reverser doesn't really play a role on how well it works. Every loco has different characteristics, so the device needs to be set accordingly. The most recent electronic reversers with motor regulation (3500 series of locomotives) and analog locos with a can or faulhaber motor don't work well, actually the reverser in these unit can even get damaged if used with a 6600.
