This is a great, gentle stretch. I hope to take your advice and do this if not daily then at least 3-5 days a week. I've never quite developed the same discipline toward daily deep stretching as I have toward regular workouts during the week. I mostly stretch only as part of a cool-down after a workout. But I know that my back problems will improve with intentional stretching sessions multiple times a week. Setting the goal here.
