We have the same Problem. But it comes sometimes during cutting, than it disappear after restart of the computer. Some weeks we have no issue, some days the alarm appear 3 times. Any Idea what it could be?

Probably it is due to the software, is your machine under warranty? If yes, please contact your supplier first.
