As an Ex ER nurse who moved to ICU March 2020 and now doing rapid response and educating and supporting new nurse grads who were robbed clinical experiments by Covid, this song is my mantra. On those days when the nurse shortage leaves too many inexperienced nurses try to work minimally staffed (Understaffed if you look at ANA suggested staffing) and trying to give them support, hope, and keep people alive….. this song hits to the core.
I have never seen any band like Shinedown, so inspiring and just the good of humanity!!! ❤❤❤❤❤ This how humanity should be!!!!
