    2:40 A different way to put this, to help people understand, This reduced friction, reduces "overshoot" on your aiming, The times when you go to snap to one spot, but move just a bit too far... and have to correct, then possibly "overcorrect", This really helps with that. Much the same way a lighter mouse does.

    Got these in today for my Xlite Wireless and GPX upon your recommendation and i am so impressed, incredibly smooth and after a few hours of aiming and dialling in my sens i am noticing the micro adjustments being so much easier and way more accurate, mouse pads i used were the Zero, Hien and Hayate Otsu all in Soft XL. Thanks man!

    I got the Viper Ultimate after I saw your review of it, and I'm happy with it, but after 10 months the PTFE feet that it came with have worn down quite a bit so I was looking for something to replace them with. I remembered your review of the mouse so I came back and found this video. I think I'll be buying the Superglides and see how it goes. Do the skates respond wildly different depending on the pad? I had some ceramic skates from a company I wont name, and the response I got based on the mouse pad was crazy different pad to pad. One fast pad felt fast. The other fast pad was physically resisting my mouse movement. I would hope the glass skates mainly just give you the advertised feel of the mouse pad instead of a random mix and match experiment that the ceramics gave me. Any tests you've done for that?

      I have the SkyPad 2.0, 3.0 & Superglides, both the original (slow) batch and the updated batch for my G Pro Superlight. While the new batch does a good job simulating the feel of the SkyPad 3.0, it is not as good. For example, with my Superlight + glass skates, my mouse moves on its own. This does not happen with PTFE feet, and also does not happen with the SkyPad 3.0. I also feel I have lower initial friction with the 3.0 while having more control with the dynamic friction. Then as a bonus, I never have to deep clean my pad or worry about durability/consistency. The SkyPad 3.0 is unmatched in terms of glide, feel, quality, durability & consistency if you're looking for that low initial friction but have enough control on those wide movements.

      @@newdev76 I've used Corepads for 6 months with the SkyPad 2.0 without them wearing down, just a few small scratches the same way I'd get on a cloth pad. I don't press my mouse down though, I glide lightly with a light fingertip grip. The SkyPad 3.0 should cause even less wear, because the surface is smoother, but I've only been using it for a few weeks so far (it's a direct upgrade to the 2.0 in every aspect for my preference).

      @RobertSusin 3 года назад +1

      @@xblur17 Ppl are saying that with 3.0 feet gets slower only after 3 weeks, and Corepads are somewhat slow/bad on it? And unfortunately they are the only widely available, cheap for the 2 pieces combo and high quality around the market.
      But what you are saying is that these new glass feet have way less dynamic friction than Skypad 3.0? It's a good point of view.
      I was gonna buy skypad 3.0 in the next week but after this video I think am gonna wait a bit longer for more reviews on glass feet, something as mpc450 + new glass feet will be much cheaper for me if they do mimic almost all characteristics as skypad 3.0.
      The "don't need to wash/clean" it is a big deal but Idk man, I could buy one mpc450 in every year for 4 years or 4X mpc450 in 2 years compared to 1 skypad 3.0 and prob in 1-2 years skypad will release a renewed 4.0 ver. lmao, so when you compare those scenarios there is no real bonus in consistency or long term use for skypad.
      Skypad 3.0 is overpriced af, doesn't make any sense. I do hope glass feets become a trend so at least Skypad will have to lower their price to stay competitive.

      @@osricvale You can fix that by using a wrist rest in front of your Skypad. I’m mostly a wrist aimer and I use the HyperX wrist rest and my palm never hurts as this works well for me.
      You just put your Skypad on a piece of MDF wood so it’s at the same height as the wrist rest. Been using this setup for over 15 yrs.
