The evidence I have seen in this trial would be enough to convict any poor person, any middle-class person, from a homeless janitor to a factory worker. Anyone who could not afford a high paid lawyer or does not have connections where it counts would have been sentenced to life by now. If Murdaugh gets anything less than life then justice for Paul and Maggie will not be found. How many times have we seen people who have crossed the rich and famous been found "mugged and murdered" or "self harmed" and the case is quietly forgotten. I think the Prosecution has done an excellent job in presenting strong circumstantial evidence in this case. If Alex didn't do it, he stood by and watched as someone did it for him.

I know this pretty common sense here but here goes-
He drives to his mother's house- Note- he asked Maggie, that was 1 hr away, to please come see her "father-in-law" that night but please come have dinner with him & Paul 1st @ the house, she agrees. Note- she came to see him sick father-in-law the night before @ the mother's house & brought him doughnuts & (Alex was with her).
Alex's father had been admitted to "the hospital" that day- on the 7th.
Notice, Alex does not call & ask Maggie where are you, or hey I am picking you up @ the kennels be ready, nothing until he leaves the property & after her phone has been thrown out.
When he calls her doesn't again ask her where are you, we were supposed to go see Dad- remember, they drove together the night before to see him together.
When he gets to his mother's property does he ask the caregiver, hey, has Maggie came by or called? Nope. Could he have headed over to the hospital to see his Dad? Nope. Does he call Paul's phone to ask, hey, where is your mother, I can't find her. Nope. This would be just common sense that normal people would have done.
Plus, a little weird they didn't live together, something might have been up with that.
I think Alex could see- Death by a 1000 cuts. Meaning- a few coincidences, ok. But there are so many red flags here, you can't dismiss all of them. Statistically you have to admit something is up with Alex.

Are you a crazy person? What proof and evidence are you using to conclude this? The defense has decimated all of these “experts,” including the ME who was forced to admit that she couldn’t exclude the possibility of two shooters, the guy yesterday has the shooter almost laying on the ground. They have no murder weapons, they have no motive, every state witness that knew the family, has testified to the fact that he adored his family and they adored him. Being a thief doesn’t mean you’re a murderer and it only increases the list of people with motive to do this. To assert with a straight face that this loving family man, who spent most of that stolen money on his family, decided to murder half of them because he was about to be caught for financial crimes, is the height of absurdity. This case is garbage with tons of reasonable doubt and nothing but a few discrepancies in the timeline. The defense hasn’t even presented their case yet and the prosecutors have already failed, you’re out of your mind if you think think they’ve proven anything beyond a reasonable doubt.

The thought of a husband/father committing such atrocities made me want to believe he didn't do it, then I began following this case and more recently, the trial. To say this man is dishonest is a gross understatement. He's lied about everything. He tried to persuade witnesses of the time he spent at places, he had friends and family show up to the property (where they were within the actual crime scene), he wanted people to think this was retaliation for the boat crash yet showed no eminant fear for his or Buster's safety following these murders...I could go on and on and on. Why would someone do these things and deliberately mislead? Because they're trying to avoid accusation and eventually being labeled as guilty (even though that's precisely what they are). Maybe there were 2 shooters, if so, he was undoubtedly one of them. I 100% respect that everyone has their own opinion and their right to it. That's what makes the world go around. @@jennifer8724 probably coz he was In a hurry to hide guns and clothes ..threw the phone out window hoping cops wouldn't find it. He had to quickly get back home to call 911.. call freinds etc. I have no doubt he'd know his wife's password to get into phone, Maggie may have tried to call 911

Sounds like Maggie dropped her phone possibly when running and Alex had to call it to find it maybe in the grass…why else delete the call to her after he would have just murdered her?

Why has no one asked why when he drove to Alameda did he park on the grass area and not the driveway. He could have been getting rid of evidence in the trees/grounds, and also the police never got a warrant to search that property, why?
