i just made this and it’s SO GOOD. i used regular icing sugar (added more since monk fruit is sweeter than regular sugar) and omitted the lecithin and it still turned out great! it tastes just like the original 💓 i was scared that the coconut oil would alter the flavour but the coconut flavour is super SUPER subtle but if you don’t like coconut use refined coconut oil :)

I've seen enough nutella recipe videos on RUclips to say that this one comes closest to the real thing in terms of appearance and consistency. Also being thicker is good news cause thats the best thing about the real nutella.

This looks so good.. I've always had my pancakes with nutella, but I've stopped eating it in the past.. 5 or 6 years as I started avoiding products with too much sugar content. I HAVE to give this a go! Thanks for the recipe!
Will you please tell me the brand, price, and store/source for your sunflower lecithin (and monkfruit powder,is this processed ,or dried pulverized fruit/roots/seed pods?)? Still haven't been able to find chickpea miso locally, online shopping is challenging in my case, and soy product doesn't suit me in quantity... would love to know where l might get this 😀. Have you ever made hazel nut bonbons out of this? Or a torte? Would love to see a version of the hazelnut butter, hazelnut in the center, coated by milk chocolate...
Hi Petra, many thanks for this recipe! I think I blended it for a long time, it was quite liquid even when I added coconut oil. I have put it in the fridge to see if it thickens a bit more. It tastes delicious!!!, however, I think it's better without coconut oil.
You can also soak then dehydrate hazelnuts until dry which are more crispy than raw and more beneficial because they are now "activated" thus absorption of nutrition is enhanced. For highest quality you want to find raw "Cacao" powder not "cocoa" cocoa is processed with heat which removes many of the excellent chemicals in found in raw cacao that are good for you. Nevertheless, excellent video as always, simple and effective :) Oh and one more thing, you can add cacao butter and or cacao paste instead of dark chocolate/coconut oil and a pinch of sea salt.

Hi! I tried this recipe and I loved it! I just had a little problem and maybe you can tell me what happened. I made it 4 days ago and I noticed yesterday that it had like an acid smell. I think is getting bad. I haven't kept it in the fridge but I understood that it'd last a bit longer right? Do you have any idea? Oh and I didn't use the lecithin cause I didn't have it at home if that makes a difference. Thanks 🙏💕
Thank you! You can find all the instructions on my blog in the recipe box: "Leftover Nutella keeps well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.** For longer term storage, freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months."
If you have a coffee grinder, you can grind up things like coconut sugar, into a fine powder, to use in this or anything else. Then you don't need to use artificial sweeteners.
Hello, thankyou so much for your inspiration.I just have one question:you abundantly use coconut oil in many of your recipes. Is this healthy? Isn't there an alternative, as it s a saturated fat? Thanks
Saturated fats are healthy. This myth of saturated fats started almost 80 years ago. And by avoiding saturated fats and animal fats in general, people started getting their calories from other foods such as refined carbohydrates and sugar, that's why they didn't resolve the problem, they just made it worse... And everyday there are more people with different diseases that don't come from eating something natural as Coconut oil. But come from having those vegetables oils that are highly processed and toxic for our bodies. Everything is just about the profit for them. Research a little bit deeper and don't be scared of healthy fats. Be scared of high carbohydrate foods and sugar which is found in almost 90% of the products at the grocery store!
@@gallettiguitartones thanks so much! i just was left wondering cuz someone told me it was not that healthy....but I love it and on top of all its very good for my slow thyroid! thanks you

@@baddbitch2008 Yes am aware and studied well on the subject. Unless you eat 15 - 20 servings of soy a day you are not going to experience that and especially when consumed with iodine and organically grown soy. Look up Nutritionfacts.org.
