Hi Petra. I tried it. This is a really wonderful recipe, BUT (FYI) I have recently finished reading, and highly recommend, the book "The Ancestral Diet Revolution" by Chri A. Knobbe, MD. It has completely changed my thinking about seed oils, and specifically high omega-6 oils. Also I recommend "Toxic Legacy" about glyphosate by Stephanie Seneff. It looks to me like mankind has entered an unhealthy hidden "nutritional famine" world wide. I am now limiting myself to ONLY organic raw avocado's, organic unrefined coconut fat, and organic Non GMO flax seed oil. Sadly, I now eat organic whole olives, but not olive oil -- not even unrefined cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. I am currently developing vegan mayonnaise, butter and cheese recipes using these limitations. It is going well.
Olive oil has been used from the ancient times to today in mediterranean area and they have been healthy. I guess it’s how it’s being manufactured which can make it unhealthy
