It is a Dremel , I am sure it was a typo and I am not trying to be the grammar police. But If someone were to search for dermal they may not figure out what you are talking about.
I have a Machine for Cartridge filling. That offers perfect fills. Cartridges are ready to print once filled with no need to prime them. Manual filling could give inconsisted prints after a few prints. Since the law of physics is not applied this way.
i used my dermal tool to drill into the cartridges.
