  • Make a delicious curry in under 30 minutes with a little help from my friends at "18 chestnuts". I used their butternut squash and pear soup to make a vegan curry. Creamy, savory, with a hint of spice. Nice!
    Ingredients:
    1 medium onion 1 jar butternut /pear soup
    3 stalks celery 1 cup vegan cream
    1 large carrot, or 6 baby carrots salt / pepper to taste
    2 tsp oil Cooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp curry powder Chopped Parsley (Garnish)
