How do I keep the samara charging, I been losing a little power and I’m not seeing the battery go up
You most likely have a weak charger. Try turning off the screen while you are standing. That might help raise the battery percentage.

How long are you required for pre trip and post trip?
About 15 minutes. It’s hard to fully look over your truck and trailer any faster than that.

Where do you see your total hours worked that shift?

From the main screen click HOS, then scroll down until you see the rows with dates and under Today you will see the hours worked.
For example I am in canada and I want to check my hours left in the USA how's that?thanks
My issue is once I log in my samsara wants me to go on duty
Does this happen every time you login?
PC - i suggest explaining FMCSA rules a bit more. For instance, when it's legal to drive on Personal Conveyance with a trailer such as Ag Exemption.
Also, the other driver in a Team is called a Co-Driver.
We are working on a few videos that explain HOS basics, PC and split sleeper. You are correct on the Co-Driver part, we may have made a mistake in the video.
I drive a semi dump for an hourly wage. Our company is going to try the road and cab dash cam that records audio. I will not be installing this junk on my phone. We don't even worry about hours of sevice.
In that case you’d only need the app if you wanted to see your Safety score or review footage of a safety event. Recording audio is optional with these cameras. We have audio recording turned off in our trucks for driver privacy.
