    8:13 if you workout the same muscles one day and then the very next day you hit the same exact muscles, then you can get an injury from that, but if you workout different muscles everyday than that's fine, you can workout your whole body twice a week and not have any problem

      For example,
      Day 1: Chest and Triceps (can also add front delt/front shoulder)
      Day 2: Back and Biceps (can also add rear delt/back shoulder)
      Day 3: Legs (can also add side delt/side shoulder)
      Repeat cycle
      Day 4: do what you did in Day 1
      Day 5: do what you did in Day 2
      Day 6: do what you did in Day 3
      Day 7: rest day
      Hitting the muscles twice a week is the most optimal for muscle growth (not trying to sound like a nerd lol)

      And in the example I gave, your muscles have 2 days to recover before hitting them again, you can rearrange the order if you want, just make sure you hit all the muscles twice a week, and taking each set Into failure is also very important
