For example, Day 1: Chest and Triceps (can also add front delt/front shoulder) Day 2: Back and Biceps (can also add rear delt/back shoulder) Day 3: Legs (can also add side delt/side shoulder) Repeat cycle Day 4: do what you did in Day 1 Day 5: do what you did in Day 2 Day 6: do what you did in Day 3 Day 7: rest day Hitting the muscles twice a week is the most optimal for muscle growth (not trying to sound like a nerd lol)
And in the example I gave, your muscles have 2 days to recover before hitting them again, you can rearrange the order if you want, just make sure you hit all the muscles twice a week, and taking each set Into failure is also very important
