Cloud and Tifa Duo vs Weiss (27 seconds) | Final Fantasy VII Remake

Final Fantasy 7 Remake combat gameplay video featuring a two character run of Cloud and Tifa against Weiss The Immaculate, completed in 27 seconds. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get the one stagger kill without Aerith alongside Tifa due to the lack of Arcane Ward and double Fire synergy spam. Thought I'd try it and it turns out it can be done!

Unlike when Aerith is alongside Tifa, I wasn't sure he'd die in the first stagger due to lack of Arcane Ward and the double Synergy Fire spam. Turns out it can be done!
Easy to miss:
Bioga cast immediately following Tifa's second Blizzara before the stagger.
Biora cast immediately following Omnistrike during the stagger.
Fira cast as a finisher in between Divekick's.
Cloud's setup:
Mythril Saber/Fury Ring
Synergy/Fire/First Strike/Skill Master/Luck Up x2/Magic Up x2/Ice/Poison
Tifa's setup:
Metal Knuckles/Fury Ring
Elemental/Ice/Time/ATB Boost/Steadfast Block/Parry/First Strike/Skill Master/ATB Stagger/ATB Assist

How you mid air blizzara this guy? And that poison from Cloud can't all be synergy materia right?

Blizzara has a detonation radius that can catch enemies when it explodes, even when it isn't directly on top of them. The poison casts are my inputs and nothing to do with synergy, yeah 👍

You can cancel Tifa's attack animations with parry materia. That's heavily used in this video and most Tifa gameplay nowadays 👍

Generally you don't need to cancel true strike because the recovery animation is so fast anyway. It's mainly for cancelling whirling uppercut for faster ATB, or focused strike for a faster stagger. I think you can do it in the original remake, but it's less smooth and not as fast. Can't be sure though

@@Dowdzy9999 yes I tried mashing true strike and it's definitely not as fast. Haven't played in a while but will experiment a bit. Wish they could bring it to PS4. Think that's when I stopped playing knowing I don't have the full experience
