      It is very sad that only very few doctor in India understand this and doesn't take it seriously and mislead . My doctor said you are too smart to have adhd and said only children's can have adhd. Later I found out that it also normal in smart adults as well .

      @Ritesh_Bagare Well after rejected by some doctors, I decided to approach online doctor in MFine app (Not promoting) and found a good doctor there who gave me a ADHD test from a psychological clinic and they found out I really had ADHD. So right now I am under medication and also doing stress yoga meditation. I to honest with you, I would not say its Huge difference but now I can concentrate on projects and way better than before .

    Hi I took ADHD test and I was told to speak to doctor because during the test they found I have high chance of having ADHD and now I would like to know how much you guys charge for assessment? How many sittings does it take to finish assessment? Your help will be greatly appreciated

      yes your are right. it is also called ADD as well. later named as ADHD/ADD

      Hey I just wanted to clarify that based on my own research, ADHD can present as hyperactive, inattentive, or combined. ADD used to be the term for inattentive ADHD but it is now considered outdated. I don't think its specifically for either adults/kids. ADHD is something you're born with that can still be present in adults but may wear off after childhood. So as an adult, the manifestation of your symptoms would be different but still the same root causes. This is all just my own research tho, I am not a licensed clinical psychologist so please look it up on your own but I hope this helped lol
