Not too bad, similar to a Jalapeno heat and smelled a lot like jalapenos when dehydrating. We had one plant that produced a ton so we're going to overwinter that one for next year. The peppers we dehydrated and ground into a powder for Chili and spicy Garlic Bread over winter. :)
Glad your harvest was a good one. I worked up peppers a couple of days ago. Good to see y’all stay well
