I feel bad that you had such a stressful year, but happy that you are back. It looks like you have literally built a small village for all your birds and the houses are so smartly built. I wish you both health and happiness now. I am really looking forward to seeing the homestead come together for you. Sending hugs and well wishes from Vancouver 🇨🇦
Huge hugs from Kentucky!! It is starting to look like a little village over there, may have to build a covered chicken feed bar next (deep counter for the feed, little bar stools...lol)
They found a new home with a young couple just starting out and they were looking for a couple of males they could mate with their females. Very Happy boys ;)
So good to see y’all! So sorry that your step dad passed! We sure have been thinking of you and Justine! If you guys wanna take a drive, please come for a visit! Your place looks amazing! Hugs!
Sounds like a great idea! We'll see though, we're steadily getting back on our feet and seriously considering becoming hermits for the entire winter...just stay here on the ole farm, hot chocolate, take care of the animals, and chill as much as possible ;)
It's all looking great, love the coops you've been building. I hope that wood (lumber) is not as expensive for you as it is here in Australia. We use a good amount of reclaimed timber here on our homestead, my husband has a place where he can get unwanted wooden pallets for free, which is just wonderful. Great that things are looking up for you 😊
Not too bad, we used a lot of fence boards for the outside which saved on costs, and much of it was bought at the beginning of the covid years, just had it in the garage and it was supposed to go to another project but the birds took priority when their store bought coop started falling apart. We're still playing catch up after the year we lost, but we're getting there ;)
Awe.. I want some ducks! We have 8 roosters in the bachelor pad lol. I love your chicken coop.. We can put a wheel barrow by our chicken door to clean our coop out too.. Makes it way easier! 🤗
Yuppers, after a few years of having to shovel the coop out, trying not to get it all over the place and stooping, killing our backs each time...we're learning ;)
So many people have had their share of Situations in the last year and 1⁄2 sorry to hear about yours but I was glad to hear that you are able to assist whatever family needed your help I missed you guys and I said now that I can get back to catching up on video I thought about you all cause I'm missing you I have to catch up last ones I saw was baby kittens being taking care of 🤗🙏❤
