Rejuvenate works on cards and healing abilities that some characters have. It's generally not worth spending credits on, but if you're playing fernando with a fireball heal or raum with his heal, it does make a difference. That's most likely why some of your teammates bought it
I prefere to take bloodbath with Jenos healer... since it's true healing on both target and Jenos... with HoT the chance of getting an elimination is so great... the burst heal on target with the bloodbath is way better... then take chronos or rejuvenation... since bloodbath will heal you aswell so it's a great survival ability aswell... as long as your team manage to do some kills.

rejuv works on self healing, so as long as your healing isn't life steal it will be affected by rejuv
