as someone with over 500+ hours on this game who switched to mostly playing Ow2 it was heartening to see it again. It can still be very fun to play even with all the bugs. Wait till you get into all the hyper-mobility in it.

Most of the bugs have actually been resolved. They recycled some content in Flashback Battlepasses to allocate more resources to fixing core issues. Only Sha Frames on Dx11 and Grover Vine and Invis outlines Bug on Dx9 come to mind. @paladinsgame ;)
same, ı have 1000+ hours on paladins but now ı am playing ow2 but paladins was more fun for me

@@h2woah127 thats true but its really noticeable in this game because they already don’t have players so your first games is against bots and all of sudden you find yourself getting obliterated in the second game because they put you up against real players and again since this game doesn’t have many players you go against these players which kills the fun because you don’t know any character and these guys are abusing you with their main characters, I’m not gonna even mention balance

Overwatch 2 copied a few things. Titles and hero mastery are just some of them. I think you can also heal out of combat now and ow didn't have that. So one more thing they copied. Weapon inspect too if im not wrong.
People are literally playing paladins from blizzard... they copied basically everything. Its just unfortunate that Paladins doesn't get as much love from Hi-rez or it would be much better.

@@blee1997 Not really, in OW you have brawl comps and the meta changes a lot sometimes, while in paladins the flank/fast paced champions are always favored, so to give an example, Rush is always the way to go here no matter the map nor season. Although lian may shit on you anyways

...Eh? Flanks are easily the worst role in the game. Tournament winning comps nowadays are triple or quadruple tank.
I used to play paladins so much, but the game always crashed no matter what platform I played in, so eventually i just stopped... But glad to see jay played it at least once!

They recently did some changes. Some paladins got reworks. Rejuv and bloodbath also got reworks. Rejuv boosts heals from supports or cards that allows healing. Bloodbath now heals you and whoever assists in a kill
Oh and also forgot they add in PvE which is wave defense

The creative stuff you can do with the card loadouts plus the item store is insane and a TON of fun, but also, next time you're playing, try Imani, a very cultured and fun damage champion, just a heads up with her ult, you leave your body behind like Junkrat, so hide before you ult! It's funny seeing people call Sha Lin the "Hanzo character" when he play nothing like him, he has a bow, everything about him is different, Sha Lin can't even headshot.
Im a GM in Paladins (Its like top 1000) and I can tell I always have fun of playing Paladins even im playing a lot of OW. Bot of them are really fun

I liked paladins more then OW/OW2. But people there don't communicate with mic and I got cheaters every second game .
I like that,you can do your own build ,that completely change how you play (I was Maeve main). It feels good...but no comms and alot of cheter ruin my experience pretty quickly. I have meaby 50 hrs,then I got bored.
Man, I'm sorry but Paladins is like Temu Overwatch. I know this is an opinion, but this is a hill I will die on.
For confused overwatchians hanzo is actually the copycat. (ish none of them are really like that its almost like when making similar games you're going to have similar ideas or something..sha vs hanzo is the only real case)
Basically paladins released Sha and overwatch said "Damn we like this better" and reworked hanzo to be nearly the exact same character.
The other similar ones are just common things. Big guy with a hook, charging sniper, guy with a shield and turrets, dude with an AR and a sprint etc.
What I don't like about this game is the lack of polish, something Blizzard does really well, OW graphics and mechanics are top tier. This one feels like a game demo.
I hope you play more Paladins! I love your content regardless of the game, but I'd really appreciate if you play the game a little bit more! The game is a lot fun!
I want to love paladins, and I tried it multiple times, but unlike overwatch this game ACTUALLY needs a completely new game.
The UI is dogshit, visuals are outdated, balance is (somehow) even more volatile than overwatch, lack of quality of life changes, bugs left and right....
The game has so many cool concepts and mechanics, I really wish High-Rez gave it the love it deserves, Paladins unironically has the potential to become just as big as overwatch and I have no idea why they don't do anything with it
@Jay3 hopefully you noticed how dedicated the paladins community is compared to the OW community. Paladins players love and accept their game ... Overwathc players hate and dispise their game

if you're gold in overwatch you're probably top 500 in paladins.
hitboxes in that game make anyone with decent aim feel like they're aimbotting. not to mention the completely ass, floaty movement. have well over a couple thousand hours in the game because it was free and low quality back when my pc couldn't run ow, have gone back to try it everyone once in awhile and I feel like a rank 1 player with how easy it is.

Was part of the early group for the closed beta and it caused me to fall in love with hero shooters as a genre (3k+ hours)
I’m still playing over 1000 hours later, the skill ceiling is crazy in this game especially with good teammates and hot combos, skills etc.
Paladins used to be such a good game, was never as polished as OW but damm it had potential, sadly the Hirez never invested what this game deserved
I still miss flying around like spiderman with Vora, an experience that is not possible in OW since no character is like her 😢

When overwatch was paid, I played paladins instead, 2 years of happiness, see someone who never played and truly having fun made me remember how this game is magic sometimes

I got Paladins like 3 days ago. Kinda love it, hope it doesn't becomes such an addiction as overwatch is.
Paladins will always hold a special place in my heart because that was my game all throughout High School. It’s a shame what has happened to it, but I’ll always have fond memories and still revisit it every so often

its actually kinda sad, paladins is full of bots most games make u feel really good but u get rolled when u fight real people, its a good game just doesn't have the player base to let it thrive.
The paladins devs are always happy to let streamers have all characters I for one like that they do this, helps draw attention to the game
