Two days earlier, 5-10 inches of rain fell, followed by 20-30" was no normal, random weather event. The people making videos are really bringing us the news. I'm done watching MSM and a network reporter standing next to flooding or destruction talking about it. Private citizens documenting the destruction is what to view to see what this event actually did, far and wide.
