Problem is that when I do that, the app does a WiFi transmission test and then tells me that my WiFi is abnormal. I have a dual band router. Any thoughts on how to sort this out?
I've entered the logger serial number but when I click on it I do not get the screen shown at 1:59. I get Device Parameters and Architecture but nothing that allows access to WiFi details.
Simply the process. Change the wifi network SSID, password and make sure the encryption settings are the same. No need to change or update anything else.
I had to change the password and encryption for my wifi network. The SSID stayed the same. I want to use this described mechanism to reconfigure, however the wifi module is not showing its ssid. It looks like the module is still in client wifi mode. Does it take some time for the inverter wifi module to jump back to server mode? Or does it get confused as it still sees the old SSID name but the wifi encryptionpassword has changed?
I can’t get into my loft to get the dongle password. Will be anywhere else eg in paperwork or? Also as my inverter has now been offline for 5 months does that mean that I have not had solar electricity all summer?

Hi. I have Sofar Hyd 5000es. Do you know what setting i need to set to stop inventer sending power to the grid please.

SOFAR inverter wifi dongle is just BS. Shows random data and does absolutely nothing. What a load of e waste
